Delivery Attempts

If you’re not home when your parcel is delivered, Royal Mail will usually leave a card so you can collect it from your local collection point.

If you refuse delivery or you’re unavailable for both delivery attempts, any extra costs Royal Mail charges us will need to be covered by you.
